Apoteca Natura is the first international network of benefit pharmacies. The project began in the early 2000s with the goal of developing a concept of conscious health and integrating the healthcare supply chain within the local communities where each pharmacy operates.

• Today, the Group boasts an international affiliation network in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and — since 2024 — also in France, comprising nearly 1,500 independent pharmacies with a total turnover of approximately €2 billion.
• Apoteca Natura also offers its own line of entirely natural branded products, currently consisting of 50 items available in various formats.
• To accelerate the development of its affiliation network and business model, the Group owns and directly manages the 22 municipal pharmacies of Florence (in partnership with the Municipality of Florence, in which Apoteca Natura acquired a majority stake in 2016), as well as owns and manages further 19 pharmacies across Italy, acquired following TIP’s investment through the strategy of expanding the network via targeted partnerships with pharmacists. In addition, the Group holds qualified minority interests in further 8 pharmacies (including the recently acquired municipal pharmacies in Grosseto), for an aggregate total of nearly 50 pharmacies.
• The Group employs around 400 people and has a pro forma revenue (including the perimeter of the pharmacies mentioned above) of approximately €100 million.
• Through the equity ownership programme for affiliated pharmacists, more than 100 pharmacists have become shareholders of Apoteca Natura over the past two years, collectively holding an approximately 5% equity interest in the Company.
